I can't test this at the moment, but you might try the following:

Import the existing CDJ database into Oracle Create a copy of the access database Using the copy, remove each table, replace with an ODBC linked table on the Oracle server

If it works, try pointing CDJ to the new database.

In theory, the ADO calls would pass through to the Oracle database, although I doubt you will be happy with the performance. Worth a shot if you really need Oracle support. I'm not sure if Oracle supports linked ODBC or OLEDB servers like MS SQL 7, but that would be another option...

If you'd be more explicit on why access doesn't meet your needs, I bet some of the creative types lurking here can point you in the right direction.

Personally, I'd rather help you with database issues, and save the nirvis development time for new functionality, so if I can help, count me in :>)
