This is a common problem. You need to go into the menus on the player front panel and put it into Control-A1 II mode so that it is no longer emulating a 200 disc changer.
The ILS is no longer usable because the have encoded their lyrics using Java to prevent criminals like you and me from acquiring them for our own devious private uses....
