Map file programs

It would be really nice if a program existed that could use the CDJ map file and run quietly in the background. I use the map file for routing IR commands through the SLINKE, but it would be nice at times to not have CDJ running and still have a small systray program running that interprets the CDJ map file.
Does a program such as this exist?
