Tivo device file?

Anyone have a functioning Tivo device file? I've tried a few times to get one to work with EZlearn, but I hane not had any luck getting an RX/TX file to work.. every tivo command it sees shows up as nomatch:ir0(tivo)[00001010001 <-etc.. but the same command twice shows different combinations of 1's and 0's in the slink window. I'm obviously missing something.
