CDJ database in MS Access

I'm sure this question has been asked before in this discussion board but searching through previous discussions didn't result in a clear answer.

What do I have to do to load the CDJ database-file user.mdb in MS Access for Windows 95, version 7.0

If I can make that happen then I might also be able to use this database-file in my slinke-application which I'm programming in Delphi 4.0

Help me, please !
