Freeware record timer-multiple start/stop entires

Dear Nirvis BBS Readers!

I'm looking for some freeware which is already written, according to Colby @ Nirvis Systems. (He lost the contact info for this person.) Ideally, this software would allow me to record various radio programs using a Sony Receiver, and would work very much like a VCR timer. This would allow me to make multiple entries containing:

Radio Station (AM/FM):(The appropriate IR code would be sent to the Receiver). Start Time: A/C power is turned on, powering recorder (Minidisc/DAT etc). End Time: A/C power is turned off to record device.
