Brian,

A Palm pilot IR is too weak to use with out a 3rd party IR booster add on..

I would suggest a Pronto.. check out remotecentral.com for more info.

My Pronto was the missing link in my home automation system, now it does it all, X10 included ( Thanks the the Slink-e).

Very high WAF.

Download the Prontoedit software to see what it can do.

I can send you my Pronto CCF file if you are interested.
