Artist Information w/the new Sony 400 disc changer

I picked up the new Sony 400 disc changer, and I notice that it accepts not only CD Title info, but also has memory for Artist Name. ANy chance of this being supported by CDJ memo transfers.
Also, has there been any progress on adding CD-Rom support to CDJ, with the aility to add/correct CDDB info? Not a biggie, just handy...
