I am running it on W2K Advanced Server and Professional with no problem. In fact, I have dedicated a cheap Compaq iPaq PC without monitor to the task. It does an autologin and runs CDJ. It also has the free remote session control software VNC. I can access and run CDJ from any system in my home network. Sorry, it may be more than you asked for but I just can't get enough of it.
