Can't get X10 working on W2k

I just got my Slink-E yesterday and I'm thrilled with it so far. The only catch I've run into is that I can't get it to work with my X10 interface. I have the one that came with the IBM Active Home starter kit. It works fine from Win98, but not at all from Win2k. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?
