Help DXS questions?????

I have been trying to connect DXS to the computer. I am having huge problems.

1) I don't know where the serial cable that came with the

unit is, however I assumed that a 9-pin serial cable

that works on the slinke would work on DXS. Is that

not the case?

2) I don't know where my manual is. So I tried to download another copy from www.nirvis.com, but I can't find where it is. Any ideas????

3) Is there any other reason that a serial port that detects a slinke will not detect DXS ?

I am using CDJ 6/26 version.

PS: At one time, I was able to connect to DXS to upgrade the firmware. So it should be working.
