slink-e relaying ReplayTV IR

I use slink-e to implement my IR zones. My Sony equipment all works. ReplayTV Doesn't. The RadioShack IR detector card shows output relayed from the replayTV remote, but the ReplayTV box does not react. Before I get start the debugging process, I ask if anyone has examples of ReplayTV IR working (or not) through Slink-e.
