I went through the very frustrating experience of trying to find a solution to this problem a couple of months ago. Sony said they would be selling the CD Booklet binders, but they were out of stock for a month.
So I ended up going with the Caselogic binders for 256 CDs. Each slot will hold a booklet & insert. The insert does not need to be folded ... it will stick out, but it will work.
So what I do is number binder slots sequentially, matching slots in the CD player, which are somewhat alphabetized, but not totally ... & will become less so as I buy more CDs.
