Slink-e IR Problem

I've just found that the IR on my Slink-e has stopped working. I noticed that the feedback light was solid yellow so I cycled the power to the Slink-e and when it gets IR input the light goes from solid green to solid yellow.

Anybody ever have this happen?

The Slink-e is version 2.1 (about 20 months old). I thought it may be a short somewhere in one of my receivers, but it seems to happen with IR coming from the expander or from the receiver on board.
