Cheapest soundcard w/ toslink, native 44.1K?

I'm looking for the cheapest, simplest sound card with windows 2000 drivers that will supply toslink out and run 44.1Khz natively, with no sample rate conversion. So far the most promising one I've found is the Midiman / m-audio DIO 2448: http://www.midiman.net/m-audio/html/products/dio2448.htm -- but that's $149. I don't need anything fancy; I'd be happy with no analog outs, CD audio in.

Anyone know of a cheaper card with native 44.1Khz and win2k drivers?

Thanks -b
