Looking for non-resampling, 44.1 soundcard...

I'm still trying to find an affordable (<$125) soundcard that will work on Windows 2000, that has digital out (preferably toslink but I'll take coax), and which has native 44.1khz support so it won't resample my mp3's.
Aynone?
