Uh, I don't know the answer to your question, but you might try running your cd output through your computer, and leaving your computer as input on your amp. So your computer works as a mixer. And since CDJ only plays one thing (mp3 or cd) at a time, you get the desired effect. I am doing that using optical in and out, and it works great. But you shouldn't have a problem using line-in and line-out.
