Problem with New CDJ version

I'm running Win98SE... using slinkeserv. After the install cdj hangs indefinitly on startup with a message that says "waiting for server startup (2/2)" (er something like that). Moving back to the 9-16 version fixed the problem.

I just downloaded the "update", not the full version.

Personally I'm quite impressed that of all the versions I've downloaded in the last ~1.5+ years, this is the first one to cause me problems.. :) (I've seen that others have not been so lucky, so it's fair that I should have a problem now :)
