I proposed doing something like this a long time ago and a few people were interested at the time.

However after receiving a 'warning' from a very helpfull Slinke User who happens to be specialized in copyright law the project sort of died...

What you want to do is very simple to set up. The only problem(s) is that the CDJID changed several times over time and you can't rule it it will change again. Second you will probably run against duplicate CDJIDs, so you'd need take this in account while writing your solution...
