IR Control stops working

I'm hoping someone out there can tell me what I'm doing wrong.
I have my Skink-e / CDJ controlling a couple of IR zones as well as my jukeboxes. Since first playing with this (March of this year) I have found that the IR system sometimes stops working. Usually, I can kick-start it with a re-load of my map file.
Anyone else experienced this?
