[slinkelist] Question regarding the downloading of the covers through CDNow

My question is about how to download the covers from CDNow, using the tool that
can be downloaded for that specific purpose.
It seems that you need to have your files name with the extension ".lib"
I made my database using the extension ".mdb"
Is there a way that I still can use that program for downloading those covers,
or did anyone else has find another elegant way of adding (500) covers to the
database?
