I'm running 4.02 of EZCD.  I also had to apply a firmware upgrade (1.02) to my
Plextor PX-W4220T.  That's correct that the CD writer must support writing
CD-Text as well as the software.  Unfortunately, that information is not easy
to find out.  It's typically not on the list of specs for a CD Drive.  My
advise, get a Plextor drive.

Regarding Nero vs EZCD, I've never tried Nero, but have heard that it was
excellent.  However, EZCD has given me no problems and does eveything I want it
to do.
