[slinkelist] Windows CE port of CDJ

Do you intend to hook your slinke to your handheld via a serial interface?
To me, this invalidates the concept of a handheld since you are now
"tethered" to your slinke.

I'd suggest using an inxepensive windows PC as a "server" for slinkeserv and
CDJ - then you can use a networking (wired, RF or IR) from the CE device to
send commands and receive events from the server. This also allows you to
connect (to the server) a CM11a for X10 support (I don't know of a handheld
with multiple serial ports), as well as other needed connectivity such as
CDDB lookups. AND best of all, you don't need to spend your time writing
code for the Changer control, only your user interface and control logic.

I've done CE connectivity like this (both wired & wireless), so if you want
to know more, just ask.

Ian
