[slinkelist] where can I find an IR serial port adapter?

I am going to install CDJ onto a Libretto laptop to use as a remote and =
want to find a wireless way to connect to the=20
slinke.  I need a wireless serial port, sender and reciever.  I know =
such a thing exists from threads I have seen here.  Anyone know 1. where =
to get one and 2. how do they work?
