[slinkelist] Default path for playlists

I had the same issue.  Set the default directory for the Windows shortcut;
CDJ just uses the default directory.

Colby/David: If you could add the ability to set a default directory for
playlists, and a separate default directory for CD images, it would be a big
help.  I use CDJ via DCOM on a couple of machines, and must make do with one
big directory with a jumble of CD image files and playlists.
