You've got a ground loop between the stereo and PC. Go down to your
local car stereo outlet or other consumer electronic place and buy
yourself a stereo isolation transformer. You'll usually find them with
the auto-stereo stuff. Costs between 10 and 20 bucks. Plug it in between
the two systems.
