[slinkelist] Slink-e problems with external receiver modules

1. The Slink-e uses data-type cables which are wired straight through.
Telephone cables cross wires internally. You can get data-type cables at
Radio Shack.

2. Once you have attached an external receiver, you need to run Slinkeserv
and go to View | Settings. From there you need to click on the red X which
corresponds to the receiver input you are connected to and enable it. Then
choose Save to RAM and EEPROM, then Exit.
