How to decode unknown commands with OCX

I've been using the CDJ program to capture unknown codes to build additional CDE files for my DSS and other equip. Is there a way to display the unknown codes using the slinkeserv.exe and my custom app? I have a sample app that talks to the slinkserv program, but I only get codes back for known devices/functions coded in my cde files.
How do I capture the raw data in an event from the slinkserv?
