I haven't tried this yet, but I will over the weekend. One thing you may want to try is the "run in a seperate memory space" option for the IIS application. I'm not sure which would work better; not checking it, or checking it and using MTS to package the slink server and activeX component together (that should be possible, I think).

I'm heading down that same path... what're you using to get the audio back across the net?
