At this stage, nothing. I want to get it so It can be controlled
from other rooms in the house.

The other plan I had was to write a basic web server that returned
details of the playing track etc and accepted http requests to
perform different tasks. That way I could run it as an application
and forget about all the problems with IIS messing me around.

IIS is a servace, not an application so I dont have an option for
"own memory space" (At least that I can find).
