need help setting up a timed event

Hi Gang,

I would like to setup CDJ to make sure it doesn't run all night. I thought of setting the timer device to either sleep or stop all the players at 1 am. I did setup the timer device but then had some questions...

Where and how do I startup the alarm? Where do I put the setalarm command and what does it look like? Examples would be wonderful.

What is the best way to get the players to stop positively when the alarm goes off? If I use 'sleep', how do I wake CDJ back up?
