Sort of -- Colby asked if I was using slinkeserv (I wasn't), so I decided to try enabling use of slinkeserv. It works fine now - no problems after a few months of near-constant use in shuffle mode. To turn it on, select View -> Options -> Slink-e, then tick "Use Slinkeserv", then restart CDJ.
