CX220/CX240 losing memos

Anyone with a CX240 or CX220 notice the players losing memos?

I've had CDJ set all the memos on the disc (using the download memo to all
CD option) and I've manually verified the memos on the discs my using the
jog dial and I have discovered some discs at some point (generally after
being played) lose their memos.
