New CDJ version

I've put a new version of CDJ on the website. It allows very basic printing from the library, search, and playlist windows, but is flexible in that the lists can be customized and sorted however you want. I've also made some changes which will hopefully improve the finding of players at startup when using SlinkX. I won't be sure until I get some feedback because I can't recreate this problem here.

I've also fixed a fairly serious bug which came up in more recent versions of Slinkeserv which caused it basically be non-functional when there was more than one client.. Be sure to downloand SLINKE.EXE, not just CDJ.ZIP to install the new version of slinkeserv.
