Thanks for your comments. My problem is identical to yours. When I opened the unit, many discs were lying around. I use Crutchfield as well. So it looks like I will go the same route for the solution. Is yours repaired yet.

I hate to ask this but... did the problem happen while using CDJ or during normal Sony operation. I have had 1000's of hours of error-free operation prior to setting up CDJ. The jamming first happened in CDJ while creating the library. About 20 discs jammed before I could stop it. Now it ramdonly jams on normal operation. Maybe it was user inexperience with CDJ or I'm hoping that using CDJ was a conicidence not a cause. What was your experience. Thanks.
