See the thread CDJ device file usage, starting on Feb 12. I too have an STR-G3 and cannot get it to recognize any commands from slink. Colby gave me a few suggestions, which I tried to no avail. The only sign of life from the G3 was a 9092 command sent from the G3 whenever I pressed one of the selection buttons on the from of the receiver. If you get anywhere with it I would sure like to know.
