SLinks error

OK, what I am doing wrong? I'm able to get EZlearn to learn the IR codes and control via the try it button. When I map this to slink volumeup for instance it reports back slinx error -1. What am I doing wrong? {GTP:volume+} GTP being the cde file and volume+ being the name of the learned code for that device.
