Right the 70ES only stores disc memos. It is the CX270/90ES which has the 400 disc title/artist/track capability. They way to get all of the functionailty you want is to have CDJ / Slink-e automatically switch the S-Link busses around depending on wether you are using CDJ or not. This can be done by switching the busses with a SPDT relay controlled by a Slink-e parallel port line (not directly, but driven through a transistor).
