I have a Pronto, but am not sure how I can be of help...
The pronto stores the code as RC6 and the function number (so I have an overview of the function numbers...)
I could look at what EZ-learn makes of it, but you would probably do a better job and i take it you also have access to EZ-Learn;-)
As far as i can tell it's the "normal" Nec 40 Khz modulation....
How can I be of help ?
