Volume Controls

I have tried all I can and I cannot control the volume of my Sony DE-925 Receiver from CDJ.

I have added the device files, and created a map file, wired directly to the rec. from port 1 of the S-Link, port 0 is a CX-260 CD Player, and just about any other combination I could think of and still no volume control from CDJ.

Even tried port 0 to 260 then to 925, no luck.

Is there something I am missing here?
Is there anyone else out there with this combination of equipment that has the volume cont. working?
