Also, how to access TV?

I also have a Sony KV-35V75 TV (circa 1996) that has three S-link ports on the back. I think they are of the "Control-S" type because the light on the Slink-e will go orange and stay orange if I connect it to a S-Link 0-3 port, but not when I connect it to the Control-S port.

So, anyway, how can I access my TV via this thing? Again, like with my CD player, my remote control for the TV doesn't seem to be flowing through the Slink-e to the TV. TV remote model is RM-Y137
