This would be very useful, personally... I'll occasionally take something from one of my changers and make a CD-Text copy of it to listen to in my car, but chances are I would like to have CDJ playing music while I'm copying the disc.. If I could go look in CDJ at the greyed out disc in question, I'd immediatly know what slot it used to be in so I wouldn't have to take the time to have CDJ re-scan everything... I generally tell CDJ that I put the disc back into the player by pressing "play" to close the changer door. When CDJ sees something playing, it seems pretty good about deciding it doesn't know for sure what the CD is, and checking it out/querying CDDB if needed/etc... w/o any other intervention.

I have a couple of CD's that the CD changer will sometimes invalidate... they get greyed out in CDJ and I can't find them without looking through ~400 memos on the two changers (after opening/closing the door) If CDJ showed where they used to be, I could find the disc quicker and get the changer/CDJ to recognize it again.

To add $0.02 to a different part of this thread, I think an option to blank all unused memos while uploading to the players would be great. Whenever I am possessed by the need to shuffle CD's between players (like when I add a new player..), I usually end up doing a clear-all on the player to accomplish this... the problem is I can never remember how to do the clear-all.. :) I think you hold "Clear" as you power up the player, but I'm neither sure nor inclined to experiment at this precise moment.. :)

As Always, Thanks much for the great support and the awesome products.
