When I was looking for a dedicated HT box, I made the usual quick calls to the local boys--CompUSA, etc. Not only could I not find a black case, I couldn't even find a desktop profile--everything was mini-tower.
In Seattle, we have at least a half-dozen local outfits that will build boxes to suit. When I asked about a black desktop-style case, they all said they could do it, but it would be a special order. In a hurry, I decided to go with a Dell which I got in less than a week and will someday get around to painting black.
So, if you're in an area with someone in the custom PC biz, that's the first call I'd make. If you already have a machine and just need a case, they can probably help you there as well.
