Know where to find a black computer case?

I know this isn't directly Slinke related, but there are probably a number of you looking for the same thing. I want to hookup a SlinkE to a PC, but I want that PC close to my changer. I want the PC to look like one of my A/V components. I know I can paint a case black, but I don't really like that option.

Does anyone know of anybody that makes a slim black desktop case that could be used for this purpose?
