Minidisc Manager?

Has anyone used the Minidisc Manager software available in the user submitted library? Impressions? I have a JB-920 and was thinking about getting a Slink-e to interface it to my computer but was wondering about people's experience with this software. Specifically, how is playback quality? How reliable is the track mark feature? Does the track mark feature leave audible breaks in the audio?
Ultimately, I would like to write a Slink-e MD plugin for winamp, but I'm wondering about the current state of tools until I get around to such a project.
