The mapfiles don't support any kind of conditional logic, so this would probably be impossible to do at present. I could add a command to load a different mapfile, which you could then use to switch your rules based on some signal. I understand that it may be too expensive, but the DXS would actually solve your problem in this case - you would run your players through the DXS to a single digital input as well as mix analog to another input. You would have no maps in CDJ to switch inputs anymore and the problem would go away.
