407 = Proxy Authentication Required
I suspect you use a proxy server at work for your internet access. You need to go into View|Options|CDDB/CD-Text in CDJ and check the use HTTP Proxy box and enter your proxy server address in the text box next to it. If you don't know the proxy info, ask some IT type at your work.
