Party Gui Help Please

I cannot get the Party GUI to work. I edited the ini file by telling it where my playlists are and where my mdb file is.

When I run the application, I get the error message:

Run-time error '429' Active X component can't create object.

Any ideas?

Also, am I right to assume that CDJ needs to be running before I start Party GUI?
