This is what I have been doing (i.e. switching to a DXS input right before playing, then delaying as much as 1-2 seconds), but I still lose up to the first second of the new track.
This is what my map entries look like:
cdjr:using_player[cd1] {dxs:set_port[0000] rcvr:ir[-2000000.0]} cdjr:using_player[cd2] {dxs:set_port[0001] rcvr:ir[-2000000.0]} cdjr:using_player[cd3] {dxs:set_port[0002] rcvr:ir[-2000000.0]}
