Not even the field lengths have changed. nothing has changed except the ASCII contents of some of the fields. The template.mdb database skeleton has not been modifed since April 9, 1999 - before I even had Access 2000. We are using Access 2000 here (installed on all machines) so it's not that easy to verify the Access97 problem at the moment.
